Calif. High Court Declines Review Of Visa Damages Ruling

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 10:21 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to weigh in on an appeal by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London over coverage for a $18 million settlement in a privacy class action against Visa Inc., letting stand a ruling that said the settlement award constituted damages covered under the policy.
