Calif. High Court Refusal Could Limit CEQA Reviews

Law360, San Diego (March 23, 2012, 9:03 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday decided not to hear a case that upheld Los Angeles’ approval of a revised environmental impact report for Playa Capital Co. LLC’s development expansion in a move that could end up narrowing the scope of California Environmental Quality Act reviews.
