Stand N' Seal Maker Loses Bid To Delay Depositions

Law360, New York (August 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The maker of the aerosol tile spray at the center of multidistrict product liability litigation has lost an emergency bid for a protective order delaying deposition of its employees, with a judge denying such a “disruption” to the case.
