Corzine Gave 'Direct Instructions' To Move $200M, Memo Says

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 6:59 PM EDT) -- Former MF Global Holdings Ltd. CEO Jon Corzine told an assistant treasurer at the company to transfer $200 million to cover a $175 million overdraft in the days before the company's bankruptcy filing, according to a congressional memo released Friday, but whether he knew the money came from segregated customer accounts remains unclear.
