Judge Greenlights Latest Dispute Between MPS, O2

Law360 (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has declined to dismiss a declaratory judgment suit brought by Monolithic Power Systems Inc. against rival O2 Micro International Ltd. over a power inverter patent, ruling that there is enough controversy between the parties to warrant litigation.
