German Brass Sheet Co. Launches CIT Suit Over Duty Rates

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 4:37 PM EDT) -- Wieland-Werke AG sued the United States on Wednesday in the Court of International Trade, challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's January ruling to keep long-standing anti-dumping duties on German imports of brass sheets and strips following the completion of a five-year sunset review concerning the imported goods.
