Judge Limits Claims In Quest Ageism Suit To NJ Workers

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 8:58 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday trimmed allegations in a proposed nationwide class action accusing Quest Diagnostics Inc. of age discrimination, finding that claims filed under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination can apply only to New Jersey employees.
