NY Campaign Law's Opponents Take Fight To High Court

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Conservative groups have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a New York law limiting campaign contributions by city contractors and lobbyists, contending in a petition obtained Thursday by Law360 that the statute conflicts with the high court's Citizens United ruling.
