US Seeks WTO Compliance Panel In Airbus Subsidies Feud

Law360, Los Angeles (March 30, 2012, 2:48 PM EDT) -- The United States said Friday that it seeks the formation of a World Trade Organization compliance panel over the European Union's failure to end illegal subsidies to airplane manufacturer Airbus, a move that could eventually lead to the imposition of billions in European trade sanctions.
