Feds Seek To Weigh In On Pfizer Exec's 1st Circ. FCA Appeal

Law360, Los Angeles (April 2, 2012, 9:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. on Friday asked the First Circuit to let it participate in oral arguments in an appeal attempting to revive an ex-Pfizer Inc. executive's False Claims Act suit accusing the drugmaker of paying kickbacks to doctors who prescribed its human growth hormone drug Genotropin.
