Judge Slashes Claims in Toyota Sliding-Door Suit

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 4:36 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday tossed all but one claim in a proposed class action against Toyota Motor Corp. over reportedly defective sliding doors in certain Toyota Sienna model cars by drivers accusing the automaker of knowingly hiding the alleged defect.
