Sony Hurls New Cartel Claims At Hitachi, Toshiba In MDL

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 8:27 PM EDT) -- A pair of Sony Corp. units on Monday accused Hitachi Ltd. and Toshiba Corp. of forcing Sony to pay inflated prices for liquid crystal display panels by participating in an alleged cartel that so far has roped several industry players into the California multidistrict litigation.
