Pension Fund Balks At Amaranth's Bid To Dismiss

Law360 (August 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A San Diego pension fund has fired back in the feud over collapsed Amaranth Advisors LLC, accusing the hedge fund manager and its former officers of trying to shift the focus away from the alleged fraud at the heart of the case in hopes of having the suit tossed out.
