3 New Towers To Rise Along NYC's High Line

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Construction crews have begun work on developer Kadima Tenth Avenue SPE LLC's three-building residential and retail plan for West 28th and 29th Streets in Manhattan along the elevated High Line park, a representative for the property's owner, Lalezarian Developers Inc., said Tuesday.

The plan includes two 14-story residential buildings and another 25-story tower, all with space for retail at the ground level. Total square footage is unclear, but the combined project will include about 312 housing units and parking for about 60 cars, according to documents...
