Insurers Must Foot Costs Of Developer's Crane Collapse Defense

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 10:09 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court ruled Tuesday that three insurance companies should reimburse Illinois Union Insurance Co. for its coverage of East 51st Street Development Co. LLC’s defense costs in underlying suits over a fatal crane collapse at the developer’s site in 2008.
