Dialysis Giant DaVita Accused Of Shutting Out Competitors

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 9:05 PM EDT) -- DaVita Inc., the second-largest outpatient kidney dialysis provider in the U.S., has come under fire for freezing out competitors by partnering with physicians and managed care providers to unfairly boost patient referrals, a rival said Monday.
