German Fund Firm Pays $375M For Guardian HQ In London

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 1:55 PM EDT) -- German private fund firm Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH has acquired a seven-story office building in London's King's Cross neighborhood that houses the U.K.'s Guardian newspaper for about $375 million, a property agent advising Deka Immobilien said Wednesday.

Savills PLC, a U.K.-based global real estate service provider, said a Deka Immobilien fund bought the Kings Place building from Parabola Land Ltd., which is owned by local developer Peter Millican.
