Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 1:21 PM EDT) -- A conservative advocacy group accused of violating copyright law by playing the Survivor song “Eye of the Tiger” at conferences featuring Newt Gingrich won dismissal from the suit Wednesday, after an Illinois federal judge found the organization had no ties to the state.
