Strip Club's Fine System Violated Wage Laws, Dancer Says

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 2:26 PM EDT) -- An exotic dancer on Tuesday sued her former employer in Maryland federal court, bringing a class action accusing the strip club of violating labor laws by failing to pay hourly wages and imposing a draconian system of fines that cut into the dancer's bottom line.
