'Housewives' Actress Fights For Sequel In Firing Case

Law360, Los Angeles (April 4, 2012, 9:52 PM EDT) -- “Desperate Housewives” star Nicollette Sheridan on Monday continued to battle Touchstone Television Productions LLC over whether the actress is entitled to a new trial in her wrongful termination case, which ended last month in a hung jury.
