Ford Recalls 3.6 Million Vehicles Over SCD Switch

Law360, New York (August 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. has announced that it is voluntarily recalling 3.6 million cars, trucks and SUVs in order to address ongoing concerns over the speed control deactivation switch which has been at the heart of many product liability suits against the company in recent years.
