BofA Faces Discovery Deadline In Patent Case

Law360 (August 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Florida federal court has given Bank of America Corp. about a month to produce hundreds of thousands of documents after a patent-holding company lambasted the bank for its discovery delays.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Sheri Polster Chappell granted Every Penny Counts Inc.'s motion to compel the bank to produce the documents after not complying with an April agreement to continually produce the papers.
