Overtime Suit Against Blockbuster Dismissed

Law360, New York (August 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed collective action Fair Labor Standards Act suit against Blockbuster Inc. and staffing company Spherion Corp., which accused the entertainment retail giant of not paying employees for all the time they worked, has been resolved, according to attorneys involved in the case.
