Slashing Wordplay Closes 'Last Samurai' Script Theft Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (April 5, 2012, 10:26 PM EDT) -- An attorney for “Glory” director Edward Zwick and longtime collaborator Marshall Herskovitz slammed two screenwriting brothers Thursday, telling a Los Angeles jury the duo failed to back up serious accusations that his clients stole the idea for their 2003 film “The Last Samurai.”
