Judge Says Pircher Nichols Can't Duck $12M RE Fund Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 5, 2012, 8:29 PM EDT) -- A California state judge on Thursday refused to toss holding company SAW-AVP Partners LLC's $12.6 million malpractice suit accusing real estate firm Pircher Nichols & Meeks of facilitating a transaction that decimated SAW's interest in a lucrative real estate fund.
