Feds Won't Drop Daimler Foreign Bribery Charges Yet

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 3:38 PM EDT) -- Federal officials have not ruled out prosecuting Daimler AG for allegedly bribing foreign officials to secure government contracts, claims the German automaker previously agreed to settle in 2010 for $185 million, according to a filing Wednesday in Washington federal court.
