Whistleblower Pushes For New Look At Abbott Stent Case

Law360, Washington (April 9, 2012, 1:47 PM EDT) -- A former Guidant Corp. employee asked a Texas federal court Friday to reopen a qui tam suit alleging Boston Scientific Corp., Abbott Laboratories and other makers of digestive tract stents entered a marketing scheme to promote the products for unapproved uses elsewhere in the body.
