DVT Plaintiffs Fight Airlines' Bid To Toss Cases

Law360, New York (August 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two plaintiffs who have sued Delta Airlines and US Airways over claims that flying caused deep vein thrombosis are lashing out at the carriers' bids for summary judgment, arguing that they have been denied a full opportunity to conduct discovery in the multidistrict litigation.
