UBS Asks To Shield Docs In GE Bid-Rigging Probe

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 1:32 PM EDT) -- UBS AG, intervening in a criminal bid-rigging case against General Electric Co. executives, asked a New York federal judge on Friday to block the government from using certain evidence that it said violates the bank's attorney-client privilege.
