Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 10:05 PM EDT) -- Four tax fraudsters convicted in the Jenkens & Gilchrist PC illegal tax shelter case argued Friday in New York that they deserved a new trial because the repeated, allegedly erratic behavior of a lawyer who lied to get onto the jury suggested she was mentally ill.
