LimeWire Alleges Record Labels Stifle Competition

Law360, New York (August 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- LimeWire LLC has accused a group of major record labels of colluding to stifle the development of new technology and dominate the music industry, as it continues to fight off a lawsuit that alleges it encouraged its customers to trample copyrights.
