4th Circ. Denies Google Quick Win In Rosetta Stone IP Suit

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 7:24 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Monday deprived Google of its quick win against Rosetta Stone Ltd., vacating a lower court's ruling absolving the search giant of infringing Rosetta's trademarks by selling online ads featuring the language learning software company's name.
