Madoff In-Law Joins Chorus Asking To Move Clawback Suits

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 6:32 PM EDT) -- A former daughter-in-law of Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff on Monday asked to move a trustee's clawback suit against her to federal district court, joining hundreds of defendants in similar actions who have argued that the trustee's claims don't belong in front of a bankruptcy judge.
