Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 7:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Monday asked the Fifth Circuit to overturn a ruling that Title VII does not protect women from being fired for lactation and breast pumping, arguing that discrimination based on a sex-specific trait is sex discrimination.
