SEC Atty Wins Fed. Circ. Appeal Over Emails To Cuban

Law360, Los Angeles (April 10, 2012, 8:23 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday vacated an arbitrator's decision affirming the removal of a U.S. Security and Exchange Commission trial attorney who was disciplined after sending a series of inappropriate emails, including to Mark Cuban, ruling the arbitrator didn't consider the attorney's improved mental health following the incidents.
