Bloomberg Says Comcast Favors NBC News Stations

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 5:20 PM EDT) -- Bloomberg LP on Tuesday complained that Comcast Corp. and NBC Universal Inc. are not living up to fair competition agreements they made with the U.S. Federal Communications Commission after last year's blockbuster merger brought the cable provider and television network together.

In response to Comcast's first annual report of compliance, Bloomberg told the FCC in a letter that the cable company was favoring its own stations like CNBC and MSNBC over Bloomberg's BTV news network.
