1st Circ. Lets Feds Join Arguments In Pfizer FCA Suit

Law360, Chicago (April 10, 2012, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit ruled Tuesday that the U.S. can take part in oral arguments in a former Pfizer Inc. executive's bid to resurrect his False Claims Act suit alleging the company shelled out kickbacks to doctors who prescribed its human growth hormone drug Genotropin.
