Court Shakes Head At Sonus Shareholders' Appeal

Law360, New York (August 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of shareholders has suffered a blow in their legal crusade against Sonus Networks Inc., with an appeals court upholding an earlier ruling that federal plaintiffs were barred from relitigating certain claims after a state court tossed similar claims filed by state plaintiffs against the software company.
