Insurers Push For $15M Burn Coverage Deal Over BB&B Gripe

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 6:25 PM EDT) -- Two Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. units on Tuesday urged a Georgia federal judge to approve their $15.1 million coverage settlement with the trustee for a bankrupt home goods company facing injury claims over decorative fire pots sold by Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., which objected to the deal.
