NYC Hotelier Wants Enviros Back In Deutsche Bank Fire Suit

Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 5:47 PM EDT) -- The owner of a hotel near downtown Manhattan's World Trade Center site told a New York state appeals court Wednesday that two environmental consulting firms didn't do enough to stop a 2007 fire at the nearby Deutsche Bank building that damaged the hotel.
