EPA Funding Rule Imperils NY Waterfront Projects: Enviros

Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 8:21 PM EDT) -- In response to a new funding use rule adopted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, several green groups cried foul Friday, saying its strict limits will imperil New York waterfront projects.
