Ke$ha Fights Ruling Handing Ex-Manager Some Of Her Ca$h

Law360, Los Angeles (April 12, 2012, 3:52 PM EDT) -- Pop artist Ke$ha on Wednesday appealed a California Labor Commissioner ruling that her former management company DAS Communications Inc. is entitled to a portion of the singer's profits, arguing that DAS voided their management agreement by unlawfully acting as her talent agent.
