NY Court Nixes Building Owner's Request To Scrap $16M Sale

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 7:56 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday upheld a lower court's denial of summary judgment for a Manhattan building owner that sought to terminate the building's $16 million sale because a former Crowell & Moring LLP attorney who helped negotiate the deal allegedly was running an embezzlement scheme.
