Kinder Morgan Sued Over Clean-Up Scheduling

Law360, New York (August 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The City of San Diego has sued pipeline giant Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP for allegedly taking too long to deal with a terminal facility spill that contaminated groundwater because it suspects the company will not meet its 2013 clean-up deadline.

City attorney Mike Aguirre filed the rhetorically charged complaint Tuesday on behalf of the people of California.
