Movie Investor Could Face $60M Fraud Suit Back In State Court

Law360, Los Angeles (April 12, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Thursday tentatively allowed two investment funds to pare their lawsuit accusing movie financier David Molner of orchestrating $60 million in improper loans from Aramid Entertainment Fund Ltd., a decision that could send the case back to state court.
