MGA's Excess Insurers Off Hook For Bratz Defense

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 10:12 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday ruled that three Chartis Inc. companies, as excess insurers, have no duty to defend MGA Entertainment Inc. in its Bratz trade secrets battle with Mattel Inc.
