Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 7:57 PM EDT) -- File-sharing site Hotfile Corp. and the Hollywood studios accusing it of copyright infringement filed dueling briefs this week debating how the Second Circuit's recent YouTube decision will impact the case, with both sides saying the ruling supports their position.
