Qui Tam Suit Against U. of Phoenix To Go Forward

Law360, New York (August 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court in California has denied the University of Phoenix's bid to have a qui tam case seeking billions of dollars in damages thrown out, clearing the way for a trial in September 2009.
