Black Day Care Workers Fire $2.5B Suit At Wis. Over Bias

Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 5:12 PM EDT) -- A group of child care providers launched a $2.5 billion putative class action against Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Friday, alleging that punishments handed down after a state-run financial audit of the state's day care centers specifically targeted those run by black providers in Milwaukee.
