NASA Trains Fire On Admin's Conduct To Close Bias Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (April 16, 2012, 8:22 PM EDT) -- An attorney for a NASA research laboratory slammed a former computer systems administrator who claims he was fired for promoting intelligent design to co-workers, telling a judge in closing arguments Monday he was reprimanded for harassing co-workers and terminated as part of long-planned cutbacks.
